The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center of Patzcuaro, making it very convenient to explore the charming neighborhood in the evening. The rooms are tastefully decorated with local art, and the presence of a fireplace adds a cozy touch. The staff is friendly and provides great attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the option of rooms with 2 or 3 double beds is great for families or larger groups. The value for money is excellent, especially with breakfast included.
The breakfast included could have been better.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a big fridge and a microwave. The location was great, very central and close to the main attractions. The decoration of the courtyard was beautiful and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
The music from the club nearby was very loud and kept us up until late at night. The room was cold and the small fireplace was not enough to warm it up.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a traditional Mexican-style room with three double beds, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The value for money was fantastic, especially with breakfast included. The attention to detail in the design was evident, from the old wooden doors to the high ceilings. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the neighborhood and the two main squares.
If there was one small area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. Although it was included in the price, I felt it could have been better.

I recently had a great experience staying at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the beautiful architecture to the well-maintained rooms. The location near the main cathedral and the convenience of being able to walk to the main shops and restaurants added to the overall appeal of this hotel. One of the highlights was the cozy rooms with a fireplace, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere.
All was well, no improvements needed.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at a picturesque hotel. the rooms were spotlessly clean and provided us with comfortable beds and extra blankets for the chilly nights. the location was perfect with the main square just a short walk away. the communal kitchen was one of the best aspects as it was fully equipped and allowed us to cook our own meals as if we were at home.
the music from the nightclub below was too loud and kept us awake until the early hours even though we requested a quiet room.

Great location near the main cathedral and close to the town centre and main plaza. The hotel had clean facilities, friendly staff, and ample parking.
